im facing more difficulties while bowling .i'm trying to bowl inswinger btt ball is not going in a good length.so give me a gdd tip to avoid these things
It doesn`t matter what type of ball you are trying to bowl the answer to bowling the correct length is to, look at where you want the ball to land when you turn to run in. Look at the spot during your run up and during your delivery and aim to hit that spot. It will help if you can spot a mark on the pitch and aim at that. In practice use a handkerchief or use chalk to mark a section on the pitch and aim for that. It isn`t easy to always hit the target but the more you practice the better you will get. To give you an idea of how hard it is to hit a handkerchief, I watched Dennis Lillie and Jeff Thomson bowling in the practice nets at the MCG in 1975. Lillie hit the handkerchief 5 times in an 8 ball over and Thomson 3. They were within a foot or two most of the time. If they couldn`t hit the handkerchief all the time, neither will you, but by continuing to try you will improve.
Good Luck.
