Hi Srujan,
Here's a great drill to develop your bowling accuracy. The key here is to remain focussed on the target. Once a certain line and length has been mastered the drill can be progressed by moving the hoop closer or away from you depending on the type of ball you are looking to bowl.

DESCRIPTION
The practice should be setup as shown. Have one player as a wicket keeper and another as fielder. The bowlers take it in turns to bowl, with the fielder calling if the ball was a good line (pitched in the cones) or a good length (pitched level with the red hoop). If the ball pitches in the hoop then the ball is both a good line and length.

Here's a drill to develop your power which can increase the pace at which you're able to bowl. It is important to remain upright and drive through to ensure optimal power transfer through the movement. This drill can be progressed by using a weighted medicine ball to provide added resistance and power training.
