In 50 overs format how can we bat and how we should play to score more runs i am an opening batsmen and an medium fast bowler
shailesh...the most important element any cricketer should have is HUNGER with capital H for runs and play as much strike as possible.Since you are a opener plan your innings properly. If you are a front foot player ...analyse your game differently as same if you are back foot player. Always plan your innings tell yourself I will not throw my wicket till the first ten overs and get my rhythm and concentration till first 7 balls , next practise concentrated breathing technique....relax sing songs fin between ..motivate yourself to be the next best and learn from your regular coach daily .all the best
Hi, Mr.Shailesh...Never think that you will get out. If you prepare mentally then you can make it physical. It means ...Just try to get the feel of the ball on the bat as well as the nature of the wicket in the initial overs. Try to place the ball and run singles. Wait for the loose balls to start with. Once you see the ball clearly & big automatically you will be able to score runs...try this way...best of luck
