If only it were that easy.
For a start you need to be very strong and have fast twitching muscle fibres. You should be around 185 cm or taller, although there are exceptions (Harold Larwood was only 173cm).
Start working on your fitness. You will need to run around 5Km a day. You need to do weights to strengthen your upper body, paying particular attention to strengthening your core muscles (those that support your back) and your abdomen.
You also need to work on strengthening your legs (around 20% of your pace comes from your run up speed). Plenty of sprint work each day, start at 20 x 20m sprints with 5 sec rest between sprints and work up to around 100 a day, around 5 days a week.
Bowling at pace during practice at least 3 times a week for around 30 minutes is a good starting point and then build up the time.
If you are a teenager then I would suggest that you spend your development years bowling medium pace and practice throwing in one or maybe two balls an over at maximum pace.
By doing this you will learn to be accurate with your bowling, practice your faster ball and probably avoid back injuries while your body is growing.
Good luck will help, but it will mostly be really hard work and effort that will help you fulfil your aspirations.
