Hi Muhammad,
When you`re bowling, it`s vital to find the right areas, especially as a spinner. With a lack of pace, finding you line and length is doubly important, even if that comes at the cost of less revolutions to begin with. When you bowl at a good length and consistently find the right areas, it forces the batsmen to play shots, rather than giving away extra and easy scoring opportunities. Therefore, by putting the pressure on the batsmen to make something out of your good balls increases the pressure on them and gives you a better chance of getting a wicket.
As you get more and more comfortable with finding your line and length, you can begin to build up your action to start adding move revs to the ball to get it turning more. By doing this after being comfortable with find your line and length, it will make it easier to continue to find good areas even with adding more spin to your deliveries.
In short, prioritise your line and length first, then gradually add more revolutions to your balls. By taking less off your delivery, it makes your whole action less complicated, allowing you to focus on your run up and delivery, rather than focussing purely on spin. Once you have these elements perfected, you can bring the spin side of your bowling into it slowly.
I hope this helps!
