Hi I am an left handed batsman and struggling with Good Length deliveries and got bowled couple of times ( hitting middle or off stump )I usually take a leg guard ( feet on the leg stump and bat on the middle stump )Any suggestions ?
Hi Jatin,
Try putting your feet on middle and your bat on off. This will allow you to line the ball up better and have smaller movements to the ball. Due to moving across your stumps however you need to readjust to play the ball straighter so you do not get lbw.
Hope this helps.

Hi Jatin,
Have you tried opening your stance ever so slightly so that the ball is coming across your body at less of an angle from the right-handed bowling bowling from over the wicket? By opening your stance, you will see more of the ball and are likely to be more inline with it, allowing you to pick the full length delivery earlier, therefore having more opportunity to play a shot.
You can stick with the same guard if that is what feels comfortable to you, but ensure that you look to play with a straight bat when the full delivery does come. Make sure your feet are not planted and you're ready to move according to the length.
I hope this helps and you begin to see the runs come soon enough!
