what exercise should be made to ball as quick as possible(maximum quick)?I am a good fast bowling all rounder, but i have 5.7" height, should i go as a fast bowler in future with this height?
Unfortunately, nowadays you seem to have to be at least 6.3 to be considered, but there have been plenty of shorter fast bowlers in the past. I would recommend that you continue to work on improving your allrounders skills. That way you enhance you chances of being pick as either a batsman, all rounder or fast bowler.
The fastest way to improve your game is to work on the things that need to be improved. If your cover drive is great, donât spend as much time working on it as say, your poor pull shot or back foot defence.
Itâs no good having the best cover drive in the world if bowlers work out that the short ball is your weakness and pinning you back in the crease will soon lead to a quick wicket. Work hard to make your current weaknesses, your strengths in the future.
This would have to be the most asked question ever.
You are seeking to achieve something that really only a handful of bowlers have been able to achieve in the history of cricket and advice on how to go about that is beyond a simple answer.
The best advice I can give you is to buy the book, "The Fast Bowler`s Bible by Ian Pont". It`s not an expensive book as far as cricket books go. It contains a wealth of information on fast bowling. Get it, read it and follow his advice and work super hard.

This article breaks down why singles matter more than sixes, the soft-hands and crease-depth techniques behind elite rotators, and a coaching framework to train relentless ones and twos under pressure.
Pre-season is the best time to rebuild and refine batting technique without the pressure of match results. This article covers the fundamental batting positions that underpin consistent run-scoring, provides a progressive session framework from shadow batting to live bowling, and highlights the common pre-season mistakes that coaches should avoid.
