A off form player how to overcome from off form or how to build my confident when a player off form.
go to the training andimprove it
There is nothing to worry
While batting in the nets just focus on every ball and don't focus how you got out last time .
Even during match play with soft hands get run a ball or dispatch a bad ball for boundary then you will get confidence and you can build your innings.
Observation of play is needed. working on technique , if required. Maintaining concentration during batting(switch on /switch of can be useful) by batter. Decision making of batter needed to be screened.
Remove negative thoughts and steel yourself to get runs the next time you play. You've scored runs before, you can score them again. The mental side of a bad run can be challenging so take positive action to get your game back on track. A good net session will do you a lot of good and some throwdowns during the week will help you feel that the bat is sitting better in your hands. You may have developed a technical fault which could be magnified by a lack of form so ask a team mate or coach to have a look at you when you're batting. Watch the ball as closely as you can and look to play the ball in a narrow 'V' between mid-off and mid-on with a vertical bat. Leave the higher risk horizontal bat shots like the pull and cut until you're 'in' or feeling back in better nick. Bad form leads to lack of scoring and tension at the crease. Don't just look for boundaries to get you out of the slump.
Good feedback by Mohamed Nafaiz. I would like to add to it that whenever you are out of form you should always go to your basics i.e practice at your nets with match simulations like not getting out during the session, trying to score in the "V"s and try to play practice matches as much as possible to get the confidence initially with little weaker opponents to boost your confidence. Remember cricket is all about the "NEXT BALL"

T20 data shows that teams bowling 40 or more dot balls win more than 65 per cent of matches. Strike rotation is now the most undervalued skill in batting. This article breaks down why singles matter more than sixes, the soft-hands and crease-depth techniques behind elite rotators, and a coaching framework to train relentless ones and twos under pressure.
Pre-season is the best time to rebuild and refine batting technique without the pressure of match results. This article covers the fundamental batting positions that underpin consistent run-scoring, provides a progressive session framework from shadow batting to live bowling, and highlights the common pre-season mistakes that coaches should avoid.
