Baseliners move out and plays across-court passing shot nad the volleyer volleys the ball to the open court down the line.

Approacher moves forward plays forhand volley down the line while passer tries to pass cross-court; volleyer must cover the cross-court area and volley the ball into the open court.

Coach stands on the ad side. Cones are set on the deuce side. Coach throws random balls. Player’s goal is to hit 3 balls in a row back to coach and forth one into the cones.

Coach alternates feeding low and high short balls to the deuce side. Player moves inside the court and hits offensive forehand into side zones from both points of contact.  

Set up two sets of cones around 1metre inside the service line, either side of the coach who stands in the centre of the court. The coach then feeds balls to the player so he/she has to hit either and backhand or forehand down the line shot. The player must execute all strokes in down the line direction aiming for between the cones.

The coach feeds the ball to the forehand side of the player who stands on the service line. Player hits a forehand volley to the coach who stands in the middle of the opposite service line to the player. The coach then returns the ball to the player so he/she has to hit a backhand volley down the line. Place cones around 1 metre from the service line on the deuce side for the player to aim for.

One player starts on 2nd volley position at centre and groundstroker on centre baseline. Groundstroker moves out and plays pass down the line. The volleyer then hits to open court

Player stands on the baseline. Coach stands at the net on the ad side. Player and coach rally together.  Player uses only forehand stroke and hits all the balls down the line. After receiving short ball player runs to the ball and hits forehand cross-court winner.

Coach feeds in a ball to the player on the base line who has to try and hit a passing shot past the player at the net

Player starts at the centre and plays inside out Forehand to opponunts backhand corner . Opponent then hits a backhand down the line. Players play out the rally.

Coach feeds in the ball. both net players can try to intercept the ball and win the rally to score a point.

The coach sits on chair inside service box. The coach's position imitates opponent's position, then feeds ball to deuce side and moves racquet to the right side. The player runs to the ball and hits forehand cross-court passing shot away from coach's racquet.

1. Hit ground stroke down the line 2. Try and volley back. 3. Try and hit down the line then finish the point.

Players line up in two lines half way down the court. The coach feeds the ball short over the net for a player to run diagonally across the court to play the ball down the line.

Practice serve then player has to play the ball down the line and the player at the net has to try andplay the ball cross court between the two opponents. If the ball is not played correctly opponents can return the ball and try to win the point.
