The first attacking player runs into the box, towards the penalty spot.
As the attacker makes their run the feeder throws the ball in for a volley or header.
The feeder should vary their throws depending on the position of player.
Attacking players should read the ball early and adjust their body ready for the header or volley.
Variation:
As soon as the attacker has had their shot the feeder throws in a second ball for a rebound reaction finish.
