Player 1 jogs backwards to the far cone and then sprints out to the first cone, ready to receive the pass from player 1.
Player 2 must take only one touch to set themselves for their shot on goal.
After shooting the first ball player 2 should then run into the box to pounce onto the ball played in by player 3.
Player 3 can choose to make the ball as difficult as possible as their pass is meant to simulate a rebounded shot.
Once the drill is completed players 1 and 2 move on one position -
So player 1 becomes player 2 and player 2 should collect their ball and dribble to the back of the line.
