Using 4 cones set out in a square 5m x 5m. Players in pairs run alon the length of one side and pass the ball from righ to left on the move to the other player who receives the ball with their left foot. then turn and run back to the cone they started from to pass the ball right to left back to the other player (with the right foot).
Left footers can pull the ball back and move their feet round to pass with their left foot.
