1) Player 1 plays inside pass to player 2, 2 stops ball and moves backwards 5 metres.
2) Player 1 moves onto ball and cycle continues.
3) Repeat across width of pitch and then return with player 2 passing.
N.B. Change technique of passing and stopping ball, use inside, outside, laces, sole etc. Can use smaller ball for senior players to focus attention.
