Starting in a 6 vs 3 (in favour of the defending side) a feeder player on the half-way line plays a high ball deep into the half.
The defending side must get the ball quickly under control and then aim to pass the ball out back to the feeder as quickly as possible.
Players should move to create space for one another and try to avoid playing the ball across the goal area as this can be dangerous.
Progression:
Due to the overload this should be fairly easy for the defence so after a few run throughs you can allow the feeder to join the attacking side after kicking the initial ball to create a 6 vs 4 overload.
