Description
Jump sideways over a hurdle, while holding a ball.
Touch the ball to the ground on each side.
Coaching points
Good for agility, allowing goalkeepers to work on footwork with a ball in their hands.
Get players to do drill at a quick pace, see how many they can do in a certain time, such as 30 seconds.
