Set up as shown with cones evenly spaced out.
The distance between the cones can be modified depending on your players abilities.
Player(s) dribbles through the cones performing toe taps to get through the cones without touching them, neither with the ball nor their feet.
Touches on the ball should be on the bottom of the toes.
Player(s) should concentrate on moving their feet accordingly to get themselves through the area, turning and side-stepping as required.
Look for good acceleration away once the player has completed 1 set before turning and coming back to complete another set.
