Set up with 3 gates spread out as shown. 1 ball in front of each gate.
They race through the area (zig-zagging) passing their balls in between the cones (1 point for every successful pass).
Upon completing the passes they take 1 of the balls at the end and dribble it back through the starting area, 1 player back gets the bonus point.
Look for good firm passes with different part of the feet (mainly interior and exterior)
Manipulate the distance of the balls from the gates as you see fit.
Depending on the ability of your players you can change the size of the gates.

Pre-season is your one window to build a real engine. This July, ditch the endless laps and learn how to condition your players with a ball at their feet.
A clear game model turns a squad into a team. Use pre-season to decide who you want to be, then train it every single week so your side is recognisable from the first whistle.
Roughly a fifth of Premier League goals come from set pieces, and the gap between teams who plan their routines and teams who do not has never been wider. Here is how the modern set-piece specialists design attacking corners, free kicks, and throw-ins - and how you can apply their ideas at any level.
