
Players divided into two teams. Cones are set at the end line as shown. PROGRESSION 1 Players try to knock down the cones by performing a pass with the inside of the foot. One player from each team behind the cones to receive the ball and dribble back to their team. PROGRESSION 2 Same sequence but this time each team hasto hit only the coloured cones designated to their team. The team that manages to hit the most coloured cones designated to their team wins!!
