Line 5 to 6 cones up in a straight line approximately 5 yds apart. One player on each side of the cone. The player with the ball starts to dribble, when they reach a gap in the cones they pass through the gap to their team mate. They then control the ball as they are running and dribble to the next gap, at which point they pass back to their team mate. They continue this to the top at which point they turn and do the same back to the start but using their other foot.
1. Watch the path of the ball and move to receive it 2. Pass in front of player so they can run onto it 3. Keep head up and keep on the move
