Set 2 cones 10 yards apart. Players pass to each other outside the cones. The receiving player should use their first touch to play the ball to the other side of the cone. They will then use their second touch to pass the ball back to their partner on the far side of the cone. Players should receive with their left and send with their right. After a couple minutes, switch sides of the cone and receiving and sending feet.
Make sure first touch send the ball laterally to the other side of the cone. Players should focus on that first touch taking them away from pressure and toward space. Ball should never stop moving. Focus on limiting time between touches. How fast can players get from the first touch to the second touch. Focus on accuracy of passing.
