#1 - Dribbling around the cones all the way to the end ââ> Change it up using different feet, use different skills around the cones - Ball roles, Step overs, Drag backs etc #2 fast feet over first cones / hurdles. Dribble through next set using both feet (try make him use week foot more). Moves next to the cone and balances on one foot - throw the ball at his feet and must bounce it back to your chest. #3 a bit of fun and testing - set up a bunch of cones randomly close together - plus 3 separated outside ones. Aim is to dribble to cone chosen as quick as possible without hitting any cones.
USE BOTH FEET VARY UP SKILL MOVES TAKE IT SLOW TO GET USED TO IT, ONCE THIS IS DONE START INCREASING SPEED. (PUT TIME PRESSURE?)
