how are they going to pluck the fruits without using hands?

DESCRIPTION
Scatter Tall cones around the playing area and small colour cones. Colour cones (Fruits) Tall cones (Trees) Progression 1- Players need to dribble the fruits to a tall tree, before placing it on top of the tall trees. Once all fruits are on top of a tree. Sit the kids down back on their spot and explain progression 2. Progression 2- Players now need to Pluck the fruit off the trees without knocking down the tree. Players must use their feet not their hands. and balancing (remind players aeroplane arms for balance) and take the fruit back to their spot and repeat. Remind players not to use their hands and challenge them to get as many fruits from the trees as possible Remind players to balance when plucking the fruits off the trees Remind players to dribble the cone to their spots keeping their toes down to dribble use right and left foot. Ask how many fruits the players managed to get. Progression 3- Once all the fruits have been taken, sit the kids down and explain to them there are naughty monkeys in the trees and that they want to steal their fruits. Players now need to kick down all the trees using their Right and Left foot doing big kicks.

Hi Manal,

Good question.

I think this drill can be adapted to allow players to use their hands if players are finding it difficult using their feet. I presume it revolves around teamwork and working in pairs to pluck the fruit together.
