am doing my level 1 this sunday..... am doing see it do it ,any tips ????
Make sure you have correct amount of players. Set out your session and deliver the session, coach the session and not the players, delivering the session is more important at this level. take deep breathes and go for it. level one is about the session and can you set one up and deliver it. Progression of it should be half way through, show and demonstrate something in the session and ask if the understand the demo again, then let the session continue. at de-brief make sure they have enjoyed the session by asking them, make sure too that they tell you what happened in the session by you asking them. good luck Bob
