Please could someone help me out here by providing a few bullet points in order for a session you'd run for under 9's for agility. The lads are of good ability.
Work on the players ABCs:
Agility.
Balance.
Coordination.
speed.
In our football club we work with the FUNdementals approach. We will play some obstacle games and fun competition races with each other that will include obstances for players to jump over, run around or go under.
If they were older I would suggest using footballs in all areas of ABCs but at 9 years old it is important they work on their motor skills so playing fun races like this will help develop them.
