Hi all, my players are all too nice and I refuse to train dirty tactics, how can I increase the level of physical ness without being too aggressive?

Chris, I suggest you look at something called arousal levels. In short, you won`t ask them to play dirty, but you will seek to put them to the edge of when they can control themselves physically and mentally (if you seek to put them too far they will actually lose quality thinking processes and begin an Gordan Ramsey type of spray).
You will use this on individual players more-so than be able to direct it at the whole group (as they all have different arousal levels and will rise to different encouragement), but given you have pre-game, half time and the bench rotation, it ought to be a great place to start to challenge your athletes to be more physical.
Good luck.
