Abhay, Top handle grip would be best. However in modern day cricket gripping can vary with each individual. Assume your right handed, you grip the bat with your left hand on top nearest to the handle and your other hand just below. The most important for you to be comfortable in gripping the bat on your own where you can play the ball at ease. You can adjust on the grip once you are fully comfortable using and playing with the bat.
