i am trying to perfect a new trigger movement and am undecided as to whether changing is a good idea. last season i missed out on a lot of drives and decided this season to try the forward press instead of usually just standing still what would your advice be?
That would be a good start. I would say that going onto the front foot is not always the best trigger movement to have, I would suggest a back and across movement as it means you have a small amount of extra time, and it also means you are able to pay to swing and seam movement as you can see and predict how much it will move. This will mean you are able to get onto the front foot and drive, but also give you the option to be able to cut anything that is wider.
