On the flick pitch I would personally look while using the windballs or incriballs, to encourage a wider gap between the index and middle finger on the seam, and when bowled, the seam pointing and rotating down towards the area of fine leg. A good off spinners action and finish (rotating over the front leg) will usually gain more grip off the pitch as well.
