Hi Imran. Pace bowling is a very challenging job. Congratulations on being a fast bowler.
Any fast bowler should really work hard on his fitness levels to reach high speeds. However, the basics are -
(1) Rhythemic & measured runup,
(2) Strong and Smooth Loading while on delivery stride,
(3) Strong shoulders and wrists to push the ball foward after the delivery jump,
(4) Smooth follow thru after delivery.
Hope this helps,
Thanks.
hey leo just do these tricks1. dont allow your knee to fold while delivering the ball2. just before delivering the ball stretch your body backwards as much as you can3. take a well relaxed run up and follow through4. try to hit deck on seam5. during follow through try to take ur non bowling arm above ur head as much as u can.
