  • apna leg ball ke paas le jao jahan ball pitch hui hai,aur sath me bat ball ke samne le jakar ball ko rok do
  • apne top hand ko tight rakho aur bottom hand ko loose rakho.
  • apna head niche aur ball ki taraf rakho.
  • apna andar wala leg straight rakho aur toe par rakho.
