Very easy,Place few blls on cones infront of you at the stance with reachable distance.then take front foot forward and drive the ball one by one along the ground.Increase the distance by 2 step and same procedure to be carry on.Throwing down method to be use by some one.Hope injoy.
I think u have to do some special for improving ur battng ,,,if u r ragular player of cricket then it is v essy ,,,every day u should have to play 50 ball underarm on front drive and 50 ball overarm..same as but this time ur posion is on the backfoot drive ,,,,After that u have to practice 20 mints in the main net against Fast bowler,,and 20 mints against spinor in other net ,,with just one week u feel good in ur batting ...but dear play maximum match to improve batting...saadat Ali coach (pakistan)LCC
