Which drills can I use to correct the front foot from bending? I'm a right-handed bowler.
Horatius, Ideally you want the front foot to bend a little bit, as it releases stress on the knee and ankle. In a situation where the front is completely straightened, the stress on the knee and ankle joints is about 4 times higher than when the front foot is bent.
I gree with that. I have seen most cases on review of world quick bowlers, they all tend to bend slighly. Thank you for that in sight
