hey guys i need your help.my team keeps making silly mistakes in the field, dropping catches and miss fielding can you guys help???

The simplest and most effective approach is more practice sessions on catching and fielding. Make the sessions fun, varied and interesting. There are plenty of examples on here.

There is a lot to be said for the old adage "practice makes perfect".

You don`t get better at anything without working hard to improve.
