Hi...just looking for suggestions as to which would be good indoor fielding drills to mix up indoor net sessions. We'll probably have half a sports hall with max 20 players - mixed abilities. Cheers

There are a few different things that you would be able to do,
- Long and short barrier fielding practices
- Throwing and catching there are a few ways this can be done, length ways in the hall width ways and personally by training coordination - this is where you throw against the wall with one hand and receive with the other and continue.
- Using a cradle to practice slip catching
- Using six-sided balls or a specific ball sold for the purpose of such training
