I'm coaching 1st grade Cricket

Has anyone got any training idea's for coaching Cricket batting and bowling. Repeatedly bowling to the batsmen is getting monotonous

I would suggest that you have a look at the drills and sessions that are available here. Have a look and choose the ones that seem to suit you and your players. There is a lot of information put in by all sorts of players and coaches and will give you many ideas that you may never have thought of. Give it a go.
