I am fearing to face pace bowling .how can i improve this?

but the main problem is, when i a good length or short pitched ball comes to mee. i always feel like it will come and hit my face. due to which i alwys keep on removing my eyes for the ball.

you can improve your boldness by following this step:1. wear a helmet and lie on the floor.2. ask someone to drop a ball towards your helmet. 3. make sure you protect yourself.the other idea is by mastering your pull and hook shot. apply the idea that just imagine you are the world's top batsmen and hit the ball away. KEEP CALM AND DO PULL SHOT. LOL
