Watch the ball and only the ball. Be aware of gaps in the field, but most importantly watch the ball. Don`t think about the bowler or anyone else. Watch the ball from the bowler`s hand, up the bitch and onto the bat. Keep getting your head to the ball and the feet will come with it. Focus on making good contact with the ball and play your shots.
