Winter nets are starting soon, I've got some good fielding drills lined up. Last season our fielding was shocking. How do I get the team motivated for a fielding session?

Don't dicourage by misstake. find the errors,Set a goal for fielding.Focus on goal.Goal should be entertaining and challanging.Use Modified game for fielding.use scoring sistem for fielding.....Like 1 runout  10 points, 1 run out chance created 05 points, Direct hit 05 point, if catch miss or run out miss then 5/10 points minus.use Fielding game sense activities.Improve team work and team sprite Assesment & Evaluation
