A bowler has asked me how he can gain more pace, he is a left arm fast-medium bowler looking to gain more speed (16 year old)

The best advice I can give you is to tell him to buy the book, "The Fast Bowler`s Bible by Ian Pont". It`s not an expensive book as far as cricket books go. It contains a wealth of information on fast bowling. Get it, read it, follow his advice and work super hard.
