What should be best to keep fit during practice session ?
fitness drills are pretty similar across the sports. really the idea is to keep the kids moving, so a circuit that they work though is always effective, that includes, running, skipping, jumping, core building. make them short, and keep their heart rates elavated for 30mins. kids generally dont like doing this, but if you give them a prize like, the person or team that does the most reps, or doesnt stop, or however you want rate it, gets to choose the punishment for the other kids the final exercise. gives them something to work towards.
