Developing the ability to throw whilst on the move will improve your players chances of forcing a run out when in the field. Here`s a good drill you can use to practice that. I hope this helps!

One Handed Throw - Left and Right
DESCRIPTION
The wicket keeper feeds the ball straight out, along the ground, to the fielders who take it in turns to retrieve the ball. Player's who run from the wicket-keeper's left should throw the ball back to the keeper with their left-hand and those from the right throw with their right-hand.
