find who is confident as being able to defend the new ball and someone that is happy to face the fastest bowling, they should be probably your most capable players, then find out who is the most stable as they will most likely be your number 3, they should be very confident and able to stay in the whole innings and consistantly score runs, they should be your best batter, 4 and 5 will be batsmen that also have confidence and they are able to hit boundary`s often and they should be able to score lots of runs in a short time, number 6 should be someone that can bowl as well and they should be the bowler that is most confident batting, and all-rounder, then the rest will be the bowlers normally, they will be placed in order of their batting ability and how confident they are at scoring runs
