Hi Deon
Having had exerience of running various 2 day cricket clinics, I would suggest the following%3A
* Try and deliver a variety of batting, bowling and fielding sessions
* Keep the individuals active - they want to be kept busy and to have FUN!!
* Remember - you must include what the players want to do (they are probably paying to be there!)
* Porvide an element of routine for the youngsters so they know what to expect from the course, I have found the following to be a success in the past%3A
Morning%3A Warm up games, Group fielding or skills
Mid morning- Focus Groups (depending on coaches numbers) Bating, Bowling or Fielding). Can have different stations and rotate or do a different theme each day.
(Can split up ages if you want too)
Net session *see sportplan drills pages fro suggestions on the variations here*
Afternoon - Whole group together - 'Test match' over two afternoons, each team bats for an afternoon. Make sure it is conditioned so that simialr ages bat/bowl against each other
I have also attached the following session as an suggestion for one of the batting sessions to include%3A

T20 data shows that teams bowling 40 or more dot balls win more than 65 per cent of matches. Strike rotation is now the most undervalued skill in batting. This article breaks down why singles matter more than sixes, the soft-hands and crease-depth techniques behind elite rotators, and a coaching framework to train relentless ones and twos under pressure.
Pre-season is the best time to rebuild and refine batting technique without the pressure of match results. This article covers the fundamental batting positions that underpin consistent run-scoring, provides a progressive session framework from shadow batting to live bowling, and highlights the common pre-season mistakes that coaches should avoid.
