I usually spend a few overs to start my rhythm, but how do I start my first bowling spell in a match? What are the techniques, for example bowling and running speed?
pls help me coaches..
warm up and stretch important. Start bowling slower than normal. Concentrate on rythmn +technique. Then gradually build up pace and run up. Remember to warm down at the end of the session

just have most comfortable runup,normalpace and a good release outside the offstumps.

3 balls outswing outside the offstumps
last 3 balls to the wickets just in swingers and cutters.
add shortpitch bowls to fear the batsman.
avoid yorkers and extras.
it will be good to bowl a slowballon the 5th delivery pitched on line and length.
