There is no magic solution to this. It requires hard work and practice.

During the last 5 min of practice, set yourself to play your shots. Set yourself a target to reach in so many balls and try to regularly reach your target.

If you are batting in the nets then some of this will be an estimate on how many runs you will score off each ball. Tell the bowlers what you are trying to achieve. so they will be trying as hard as possible to stop you scoring. This way it is more likely to simulate a match.

If you go out then you will have to start a new challenge. Keep track of how you go each week.

If you get good at it, increase the level of difficulty. If you go out during this time then your practice session finishes, that way you will have the closest situation to match practice possible at training.
