Handball Drill Demonstration
|
Description
Playing inside a restricted area (inside the 6 or 9 metre line) two small teams try and keep possession of the ball for as long as possible.
The defending side should have more players than the attacking side.
Coaching points
Players are not allowed to dribble with the ball so all attacking players should be working extra hard to keep possession.
Scoring:
1 point when defenders intercept the ball.
Attackers score a point if they've completed a set number of passes (eg. 5 or 10)
Change attack and defence every few minutes.
