B1 and B2 throw at the goal. Goal keeper gets the ball and passes to B3 or B4.

Two attacking players stand on either side of the goal area line and take it in turns to have gentle shots on goal (making it easy for the keeper to gather the ball). Once the keeper has stopped the shot they should pass the ball up the centre of the court into the path of the red player in front of them. Red players should aim to receive the ball on the move and then sprint forwards, dribbling the ball  with them, to the cone on the Centre line.

Attacking player 1 runs with the ball to the outside of the 9m semi-circle and throws at the goal. The defender must only obstruct the shot, not make a tackle, to put the attacker under pressure. The goalkeeper must then get the ball under control and pass past the obstructing defenders to the breaking defender who has just made the run. The session then continues on the other side of the court.

Goalkeeper stands on the goal line. A player throws two balls at the goal, which the goalkeeper tries to stop. He then sprints forward, touches the ball of the blue player, who throws it high over the goalkeeper's head into the goal. When the goalkeeper has touched the ball he jogs back to save the lobbed shot before it crosses the goal line. Once under control of the ball, he throws a fast break pass to one of the players half way up the court.

Players stand opposite each other with one player facing the wall. Other player will throw the ball against the wall and then run forwards. The player facing the wall will have to react quickly to catch the ball, before turning and passing to the player who threw the ball originally and the drill continues.

The attackers line on both sides if the court, each with a ball, and take it in turns to run forwards, take the ball round the defender and have a half pace shot on goal (making it easy for the keeper to gather the ball). As soon as the defender sees the keeper make the save they then make their move up field - presenting themselves as a passing option for the keeper. The keeper should then release the ball into the path of the break-away defender who then moves up field to the centre line before then jogging to rejoin the back of the line to go again.

Have a line of attacking players all with a ball each standing on both sides of the court. Inside the 9m line will be two defenders, one on each side. The drill starts with the first attacker running at goal and shooting on goal. The defenders are allowed to obstruct the shot but not tackle. Once the ball is in the hands of the keeper they should throw it out to the defender who is making a fast break-away run up the court. After running to the half-way line the defender joins the back of the queue, the attacking player becomes the next defender and the drill begins again on the other side of the court.

Players A and B throw their balls towrds the throw off line. They grabb each others ball/ Player B dribbles around the cones and throws at the goal at goalkeeper D. Player A dribbles to to goalkeeper C and throws at the goal there.

Both wide players take it in turns to throw at the goal. Once the keeper has gathered the ball the ball from one step, and as quickly as possible, the keeper should pass the ball out into the run of the red players.

The goalkeepers receive the ball from the feeder and throws a ball into the path of the running player who then passes back to the feeder.

Blue 1, 2 and 3 throw, bounce and roll the ball at goal. The keeper should react as quickly as possible to the incoming ball, gather it up and then side-step/ move forwards (only one step) in order to throw the ball up field to player 4. Player 4 must catch the ball and then return it to one of the players without a ball to restart the drill.

Player 1, 2, 3 and 5 throw the ball at the goal. The Goalkeeper must catch the ball and pass as quickly as possible, taking only one step, to player 4.

Two attackers are passing and suddenly one of them shoots at the goal. At that moment the two defenders sprint for the fast break and the goalkeeper passes them the ball after getting control over the goalshot.

Behind the goal there is the coach raising left or right arm to show which break player must run.
