Blue players must try and switch the ball from one side of the court to the other, by passing it to each player.
The red players are trying to intercept the pass.
Blue players must play the ball in front of the receiving player for them to run onto and then pass on again.
If the blue players are playing it safe and not throwing the ball in front enough you can place some cones on the floor between the red and blue players.
The pass must be played in front of the cones to encourage players to engage the defenders and contest the ball.
