Handball: hit your oponent

Mini game of bench ball (played in a smaller area than 1 third of the court), with 1 ball in a 3v3. Players score a point for their side every time they hit the opposition's bench. Players must pass the ball around inside their own half in order to create space for the shot at their opponent's bench.

The castle (a gymnastics mat or bench) is defended by a goal keeper and his knights (the white team). The blue attackers try to bomb the castle by throwing the ball at the bench / mat.

Two teams stand at opposite ends of the area, each player has a ball, with a line of cones along the middle. Standing at a distance from the cones (increase/ decrease distance dependant on players' ages) players take it in turns to throw and aim at the cones. Each cone that a player hits is a point for their team. Once all the cones have been hit the team with the most points is the winner.

All players have a cone they must protect within a half court area. As a team players must dribble, pass and shoot to try and eliminate all of the opposition's cones. The winning team is the first side to hit all of the other team's cones.

Blue players pass and try to hit the cone the white player must protect by blocking the shots. variations : - more defenders, more cones

Two teams, two areas one or two balls. Try to score a goal by throwing the ball across the back line between the cones.

Two opposing equal sides both start on the baseline of the area with 3 balls on the center line (half as many balls as there are players). On the coach's call players sprint to try and collect the ball and claim it for their team. Once in possession of the ball players are trying to hit the opposition's cones whilst at the same time protecting their own cones. The winning team is the first team to hit all of their opponent's cones.

Four benches make a square. On the benches are the players with handballs. Teams should try to hit the basketball in the center an make it touch one of the other benches : 1 point.

On both sides a bench or big gymnastic chest. Teams try to hit the players (legs) or the bench/chest. Blocking is allowed. When hit run around the playing area once and join in again. variations - center shot - dive shot - jump shot

The blue team are the attackers and the whites are defenders, working in one third of the court. Blue players must pass the ball around to create a good chance for throwing at the benches, all while staying behind a certain line. The white players' job is to protect the benches and block the shots.

Two teams, every player has got aball. Try to hit the heavy ball /cardboard box/cone in the center and try to get it over the line near the enemy team. Success means one point.

Every player has a cardboard box and a ball. Put the boxes in one line. Players have to hit the box and make it touch the wall. - Who will succeed in this first ? - Who needs least throws ? Every two players one box is also possible. variations - center shot - dive shot - jump shot

In the goal area are all kinds of boxes, big and small on various distances from the goal. Two teams throw in turns. Which team needs least throws to hit the boxes and make them go into the goal. variations - center shot - dive shot - jump shot

White players try to hit the cone which is in a certain area or which is placed onto something higher. Defender, goalkeeper B1 defends.

Players blue try to pass and hit the cone. White players defend and there is one white player defending the cone from closer distance (goel keeper)

White players are in a set cirkle. Blue players form the crocodile by holding each others hips. White players pass around and try to hit the crocodile's tail.

White players must try to hit the last player of the 'dragon' (the four blue players in the middle are the dragon). Players in the dragon hold each other's hips or shoulders and try to avoid the ball. In order to hit the back of the dragon the white players must pass the ball quickly around the circle. The ball is not allowed to travel further than one player at a time.

Circles are drawn or hoops are hung on the wall. These must be on several heights and give several scores. Players should try to score as many points as they can in one minute. Other possibility : big falling mat standing on one side, divedie this mat into several scoring areas with tape. variations - center shot - dive shot - jump shot

White team tries to hit the blue players and vice versa. Back court players may also try to hit players of the other team. When hit run one time around the area. - center shot - jump shot
