Players start on the touchline and side-step quickly inside the pitch towards the blue cone.
When they reach the cone the red players should be ready to throw the ball to either the player's heads or chests.
Depending on the feed players should either head the ball straight back to the feeder's feet or control and then play the return pass.
The red player then plays a wide pass for the blue player to run onto. Once the blue player has run onto the pass they join the back of the feeders' line and the red player runs to the start line.
Players should use a quick change of direction when side-stepping and the feeders should vary their feeds to test players' reactions.
